Cho Yung Slimming Tea Review

So you have probably heard of  slimming teas like Cho Yung or Tava Tea & are looking for good Slimming tea reviews?

Well being Chinese myself and drinking green teas for most of my life I will share my experience and knowledge & simply tell you how it is.

It is difficult to find unbiased product reviews online sometimes as a lot of websites are being paid to promote green tea products, which is not always a bad thing as website operators need to get paid for there time as well, just use your own judgment before taking a green tea.

To really know the score always look for reviews that post both the good and bad points of the product and find recommendations from normal people that you trust and then work out which is the correct Slimming Chinese Tea for you.

You may have tried green tea products in the past and some help with weight loss and others don’t.

The types of teas that have work very well for me, my boyfriend Luke, and our friends and colleagues is Feiyan Tea (which we drink regulary) cho Yung and Tava Tea which is been talked about in the national press.

Cho Yung Slimming tea Review

Today I want to review Cho Yung Slimming Tea as…

-      It is easy accessible for you from the website

-      At the moment they have some special offers

-      And Most Importantly it is certified by the Chinese Ministry of Health.

So what is Cho Yung Slimming Tea?

The Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China gave Cho-Yung Tea a certificate of approval for health food made in China, stating it has a slimming effect. This is why Cho Yung Tea is so popular because it is proven and certified to work.

Chu Yung Slimming tea consists of the finest pure green tea extract as well as other key ingredients.

As stated in my blog post on ‘how to choose a good green tea weight loss product’ you need to determine exactly what it is you might be consuming is to check the labels on the products and analysis its ingredients very closely.

If you are selecting a Tea that may help with a slimming regime, make sure you choose one that contains a range of quality ingredients.

Cho-Yung Teas ingredients include:

Oolong Tea leaf – a traditional Tea leaf partially sun dried and then treated with high heat, to stop oxidation.

Lotus leaf - to cleanse the spleen, and optimise digestion and metabolism.

Hawthorn (or ‘Crataegus Pinnatifida’), renowned for assisting digestion and promoting good health.

Alisma rhizome , used to support the body’s organs (notably the kidney, bladder and urinary tract), and help expel excess toxins. (‘Rhizome’ refers to the nutritious stem of the plant).

Cassia seeds – to support the internal organs, notably the liver, kidney and large intestine.

Jiaogulan (or Southern Ginseng), an herbaceous plant with a renowned regulating effect.

BUT WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS

A lot of people will experience loose bowel movements and feel the need to go to the toilet after drinking the tea. My boyfriend Luke and his work colleagues did when I first recommended them to drink it…

This is because of the body’s interaction with the complex natural ingredients found in the tea that break down solid fat and excrete it via the excretory system, one of the body’s major organ systems.

The fat is expelled as excrement. This ‘faecal fat’ expulsion will generally reduce and diminish within a very short period.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Regular exercise, To get the full benefits of drinking green tea you must also exercise regular, this does not have to be lots of vigorous exercise simply do what you can and your do is used to. For example if you are not used to exercise start by going to walks, or low pace jogs. Myself I would recommend talking up a physical activity which you enjoy with your friends or colleagues.

Eat regularly, don’t go on binge diets, eat health and regularly, say 3  – 6 small meals a day so you body gets used to the regular intake of food and will digest and it naturally.

Both I and my boyfriend drink Chinese green teas regular for a number of different health benefits, keeping the weight off is just one of the many benefits but as us ladies know an important 1
